Our Services

Jay's Local Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, and clean-out services for homes and businesses across Salt Lake County, Utah. We are based in Kearns.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown on this website and given by phone or text are estimates. Your final price is confirmed with you in person before any work begins, so you always know the cost before we lift a thing. A job minimum applies. Estimates may change if the actual job is larger or different than described.

Scheduling, Arrival, and Cancellation

We work by appointment and provide arrival windows rather than exact times, since job lengths vary. Please tell us as early as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Your Responsibilities

• You confirm that you own the items, or that you have the right and permission to have them removed.
• You have removed anything you want to keep, including valuables, before we arrive.
• You have provided safe and legal access to the items being removed.

Items We Cannot Haul

For safety and legal reasons, we do not remove hazardous materials. This includes chemicals, paint, solvents, fuel, asbestos, biohazards, and medical waste. If you are not sure whether we can take something, just ask before your appointment.

Payment

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due when the job is complete.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Jay's Local Junk Removal harmless from claims that arise because items you asked us to remove were not yours to dispose of, or because access to the property was unsafe or not authorized.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
